Welcome to Body Basics Fitness & Sports Therapy.

We have been operating since 2001 offering exercise on a one-to one basis, fitness classes and gym membership. I qualified as a Level 5 Sports Injury Therapist in 2008 and gained valuable, hands on experience and will continue to invest in further training courses to improve my service to all clients. As we’re a relatively small organisation, I can keep a track on members progress and motivation levels and many members feel happy to train with us in a non-intimidating environment where they feel relaxed..

New premises and newer facilities

We have recently moved from our Central Kirkbymoorside Gym to a much larger facility that also includes a swimming pool and spa. We are able to offer swimming classes, private lessons and water based fitness clasees (Soon to be arranged)
